It is often heard that the techniques used to filter water are not correct, because it also destroys nutrients. Not so, the RO, UV and ionizing techniques used in the water purifiers work to remove bacteria and heavy metal (water, aluminum, lead, fluoride, cadmium, mercury) present in the water, this does not have a special effect on nutrients. Due to high levels of aluminum in contaminated water, neurolycle disorder, high blood pressure and weakness of the nerves, excess fluoride leads to tooth decay and bone diseases.

Contaminated water
Constantly drinking excessive chloride water can lead to cancer of the large intestine, urine sac, bladder and arteries.

Purify water
Drinking clean water reduces the risk of diarrhea, infection, stomach and liver disease and cancers.

Bottled water
Carcinogenic chemical is used to make plastic bottles, this chemical gets in the water when the temperature increases. There could be hormonal disturbances in the risk of cancer and women. That is why it is better to use steel bottle etc. Brass coated (copper) bottles or jag should be used in homes too.

Caution
Service must be done after 8-9 months after purifying techniques. If this technique is not feasible, then boil the water after boiling 4-5 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius and cool it down. Keep in mind once the boiled water is used within 24 hours or again, the bacteria begin to grow again.
